TEHRAN - In a commentary, Kayhan addressed the story of an assassination attempt against Trump for the second time and said: This is the second time in two months that it has been claimed that somebody is trying to assassinate Trump.

Despite these accusations, federal police officials say that the person who attempted to assassinate Trump acted alone and there is no sign of foreign intervention in this operation. Involving Iran in this matter to cover up the dimensions of Trump's assassinations by directing the media close to the terrorist group of the MKO had a special meaning. The MKO lobby is trying to prevent the realization of Massoud Pezeshkian's plans in the UN General Assembly by creating illusory margins on the eve of the president's visit to New York. The attempt of some anti-Iranian elements to direct American foreign policy after the political developments in Iran is worthy of consideration. Trying to attribute the Trump assassination case to Iran is such a special sabotage!

Iran: The reverse effect of sanctions against Iran

 In a note, the Iran newspaper coped with the report of the Washington Post and wrote: According to this newspaper, Pezeshkian has sent this signal since coming to power that he is interested in re-interacting with the West, which can probably lead to the repairing of relations and the lifting of sanctions. Diplomatic sources have said despite such overtures, the efforts of Pezeshkian to strengthen foreign relations are unlikely to divert Iran from its main direction. "Preventing the reduction of capacities in the field of regional transportation and international transit", which is pointed out in Dr. Araghchi's program, is impossible with the continuation of sanctions. Therefore, with the continuation of the conflict it will be difficult to imagine that the future U.S. government, even if it wants to, would be able to convince the internal opponents to lift the sanctions.

Ham Mihan: Strategic patience
